Themes and Plugins License

***WowRevenue is a brand of WPXPO

All WPXPO WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. This means you are free to use the purchased themes and plugins on an unlimited number of websites. However, access to support and updates is tied to the specific package you purchase.

For more information on the GNU license, please visit GNU General Public License.

Lifetime Access

We offer a “Lifetime Access” option, which grants you access to our themes and plugins for as long as WPXPO continues to offer the product or service. This is a one-time payment that ensures ongoing access without recurring fees.

Warranty

Our themes and plugins are provided “as is,” without any warranties as stipulated by the General Public License. While we strive for high-quality code, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all WordPress plugins or themes you may currently use or intend to use in the future.

Liabilities

WowRevenue is not liable for any lost profits, incidents, accidents, or damages that arise from using our products and services. You assume all risks associated with the use of our themes and plugins.

Product Delivery

Once you’ve purchased a product, you can download it by logging into your product account. Free products can also be downloaded after logging in. Products can be downloaded indefinitely from your dashboard. If you encounter any issues, please first ensure that your payment is successfully processed. If problems persist, open a support ticket, and we will prioritize resolving account-related issues.

Compatibility

Our themes and plugins are developed following WordPress coding standards to ensure minimal conflicts. However, we do not provide custom support for third-party themes or plugins. In some cases, we may offer assistance through our support system if the issue requires only minor code adjustments. If you discover a bug or compatibility issue, we encourage you to contact us so we can work towards a resolution.

Updates

We regularly update our products to fix bugs and improve performance. For more complex issues, updates may take longer, but we strive to provide timely fixes, sometimes even offering interim solutions through our support tickets before releasing a full update.

Support

After purchasing a product, you can request development support by opening a ticket. Premium support is available for our paid products as outlined in the respective pricing plans. Premium support is provided for the duration of your active license or as long as WPXPO continues to offer the service.

For example, each plugin purchase includes one year of active support and updates. Support is primarily provided through our ticketing system, and we aim to respond as quickly as possible. Please note that support may be delayed during weekends and public holidays, during which automatic replies may be used.

We also offer support to free users, but priority is given to premium customers. While we aim to respond to all inquiries, we are not obligated to provide support to free users. We recommend using the WordPress.org support forum for community-based support.

NOTE: We do not provide support via social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter.

Offers and Price Changes

WPXPO reserves the right to change prices and make special offers at any time. Price changes and promotional offers are part of our business strategy.

Illegal Uses

We take the security of our community seriously. Any user engaging in spam, fraud, or other illegal activities on our site will be blocked to protect other customers. If you encounter any suspicious or questionable activity on the WowRevenue site, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue with the highest priority.

We are committed to providing an excellent experience with WPXPO products. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund policy. You can learn more about our refund policy here.
